Rhythm

O Thou Almighty Deity,
Help me to keep my body and mind
Harmonious and tranquil.
Grant unto me a courage
That never yields to weakness.
A joyousness that never 
Gives way to sadness,
Make my heart invincible
To the attacks of the world,
And may I turn to Thee
At all times for help and guidance.
